The TnBAA Young Professionals (YoPro) Group was formed as part of our initiative to grow the local aviation community across Tennessee. We find it important to provide support, share our resources and knowledge, while advocating for the younger generation to pursue careers in business aviation.

What is a YoPro? 

A “YoPro” is a young professional employed in any capacity within the business aviation industry. While most are under the age of 40, we also welcome those over 40 who are new to the industry.

Join us for TnBAA’s Final Approach Social on Thursday, December 11, 2025, from 5:30–8:30 PM hosted by Azure Flight Support (KMQY) – Smyrna Airport.
